Les machines au CO\u2082 pr\u00e9sentent \u00e9galement l'avantage d'offrir une finition de surface plus lisse lors de la d\u00e9coupe de mat\u00e9riaux plus \u00e9pais.<\/p>\n<p>Que peut-on donc d\u00e9duire des statistiques et de l'exp\u00e9rience de nos clients britanniques qui ont achet\u00e9 des profileuses laser \u00e0 fibre Bystronic et, parfois, des profileuses laser CO\u2082 ?<\/p>\n<p>1. Plus de 70% des clients de lasers \u00e0 fibre sont des sous-traitants, les autres \u00e9tant des fabricants d\u2019\u00e9quipements d\u2019origine (OEM). Cela est surprenant, car on s\u2019attendrait \u00e0 ce que les OEM soient plus s\u00fbrs d\u2019eux dans leur d\u00e9cision d\u2019acheter une machine \u00e0 laser \u00e0 fibre, dont les avantages et les inconv\u00e9nients varient consid\u00e9rablement en fonction du produit \u00e0 d\u00e9couper. Les sous-traitants ne peuvent jamais savoir avec certitude quelle sera leur prochaine commande ni quelle \u00e9paisseur de mat\u00e9riau ils devront traiter ; en th\u00e9orie, la polyvalence d\u2019une machine au CO\u2082 devrait donc \u00eatre plus attrayante.<\/p>\n<p>2. Parmi les sous-traitants, seuls 31% poss\u00e8dent un profileur laser apr\u00e8s avoir achet\u00e9 une machine \u00e0 fibre optique, tandis que 69% utilisent plusieurs lasers et peuvent choisir sur quelle machine travailler : CO\u2082 ou fibre optique.<\/p>\n<p>3. La principale raison d'acheter une machine \u00e0 fibre optique r\u00e9side dans la vitesse de d\u00e9coupe des mat\u00e9riaux fins (1 \u00e0 2 mm, voire jusqu'\u00e0 3 mm).<\/p>\n<p>4.
